The product support is second to none. It has no time limit for the original purchaser, and as far as possible to second users. Simply an email away. All products have been actually on air tested for a minimum of 24 hours before shipping. The return fault rate has been so insignificant it probably ranks better than many major ham equipment manufacturers.

Warranty is 12 months subject to the unit not having been opened, nor modified. We assume the right to

decisions on such things, as they depend upon a case to case basis. In all warranty cases the user must return the unit in secure packaging with a registered delivery at their cost. We would return units safely packaged, and registered packet at our cost.

All units out of warranty or second users the user must pay for the carriage costs both ways. We will quote on all repair costs by email prior to undertaking any repair, or refurbishment.
